Hello, I'm Sara!

I've been writing informally my whole life. I've always loved books, columns, reviews and even the nutrition facts on the cereal box in the morning. The tactile feel of writting and typing is theraputic for me, whether I'm penning a short comedy dialogue/monologue, or typing out a quick poem. I'm no professional by any means, but I've been told I write well and was directed to this site by a friend of mine.

I'm also a self-taught cartoonist of a sort. Ive been drawing amaturely for five years now, and I still love it! Sometimes when I feel in the creative mood its hard to decide between pumping out a quick blurb on Word or conveying my thoughts in sketches and color.

I'm hoping this site will give me a larger demographic than my sixteen facebook friends, haha! Even if not, I hope to find some creative juices flowing from other authors on this site.
